    2.   Annual Subscriptions: If you have an annual subscription with JuktoApp, you can cancel it within 30 days of the initial purchase for a full refund. After the 30-day period, the subscription fee is non-refundable. However, you will still have access to the service until the end of the subscription period.
  2. Booking Cancellations:
    1.   Service Bookings: If you have booked a service through JuktoApp, the cancellation policy may vary depending on the service provider. Please refer to the specific service provider's cancellation policy before making a booking.
    2.   Accommodation Bookings: For accommodation bookings made through JuktoApp.com, the cancellation policy is determined by the individual property or hotel. Please review the cancellation policy provided by the property before making a booking. JuktoApp.com is not responsible for any cancellation fees or charges imposed by the property.
  3. Refunds:
    1.   Subscription Refunds: For monthly subscriptions, we do not provide refunds for the current month after it has been billed. However, future charges will be canceled upon cancellation. For annual subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days, a full refund will be issued.
    2.   Booking Refunds: Refunds for service or accommodation bookings are subject to the cancellation policy set by the service provider or property. JuktoApp does not provide refunds for bookings unless explicitly stated by the service provider or property.
